Adults Basics and Fundamentals
Fundamentals class teaches the core techniques every grappler needs: basic positions, essential escapes, fundamental submissions, and defensive skills. We focus on proper movement, position control, and building a solid foundation through drilling and controlled practice. Designed for beginners and anyone wanting to refine their basics, this class emphasizes technique over intensity so you can learn safely and effectively.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu Classes
Kids learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through fun, age-appropriate drills and games. We teach basic positions, escapes, and self-defense skills while building confidence, respect, and self-control. Classes focus on emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and positive social interaction, using movement and technique to help kids understand their feelings and develop healthy relationships with others.

One-on-one instruction tailored to your specific goals and skill level. Whether you’re working on competition preparation, addressing specific technical gaps, or accelerating your learning, private classes give you personalized attention and a curriculum designed just for you. This isn’t just martial arts training, it’s where your kids learn to regulate emotions, set healthy boundaries, and build confidence through movement. Perfect for homeschoolers who need physical activity and social connection during the day.
Our approach? Relational and psychological first, physical second. We use Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a tool to help kids understand themselves better, manage big feelings, and develop resilience.
