The Mat Experience
Your team comes to our Dripping Springs facility, or we bring the experience to you, for a half-day session. Physical activities are always modified for all ability levels. The mat is a tool, not a barrier.

Joao Crus is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, author of Grapple with Emotions, and host of the Blackbelt Parenting Life podcast. Since 2003, he has taught hundreds of students, children and adults, not just how to move on the mat, but how to move through life with clarity, confidence, and healthy boundaries.
His approach has always been relational and psychological first, physical second. Boundary Guard Team Building is the culmination of that philosophy applied to the workplace.
