Kids Group Classes

4 – 7 year olds

Monday and  Wednesday: 5:00 to 5:45pm

8 – 12 year olds

Tuesday and Thursday: 5:00 to 5:45pm

Kids learn fundamental BJJ techniques through games and drills while developing confidence, self control, and emotional awareness. We use grappling to teach bundary setting and help children understand their emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

Adults Basics and Fundamentals

Tuesday and Thursday

12 to 1:00pm

6:00 to 7:00pm

Learn essesntials positions, escapes and submissions. We drill core techniques and practice controlled sparring to build a strong foundation. Perfect for beginners or anyone refning their fundamentals.

No Gi Classes

Monday and Wednesday

7 to 8pm

No Gi Fundamentals classes focuses in essential techniques for newer grapplers. Intermediate classes covers advanced sequences and strategy for expereinced students

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Self Defense

Tuesday and Thursday

12 to 1:00pm

A jiu-jitsu self-defense class typically starts with a warm-up covering basic movements like shrimping, rolls, and breakfalls. The instructor then demonstrates practical defenses against common attacks – wrist grabs, chokes, bear hugs, or ground situations – breaking down each technique step-by-step.

You’ll practice with a partner, starting slowly and gradually adding resistance. The focus is on using leverage and technique rather than strength to create space, break grips, and escape to safety. Many classes also cover situational awareness and de-escalation strategies.

The session often ends with stress drills where you practice responding to realistic attack scenarios under pressure. The goal isn’t to win a fight but to stay calm, protect yourself, and get away safely.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
