The boy had low self-esteem. He was chosen last year for football, had friends and felt excluded from his peers. However, after start taking Jiu-Jitsu classes, he made new friends and found a new passion. “He was improving every day and cannot wait to return to Jiu-Jitsu’s studio.” His mother reported that she had not seen him so passionate about physical activity and was delighted to see a change in his motor skills and trust.
