Showing up is a great way to succeed and reach your goals, but it’s not always easy. One of the biggest things to keep in mind is that you won’t feel perfect every day during your training. That’s completely normal and okay – sometimes you’ll have great days, other days it’s more of a challenge.
No matter what, it’s important to keep showing up for yourself. It’s easy to get stuck in a pattern of avoidance and procrastination, but you need to stay on top of your goals and keep pushing yourself. It’s the only way to make progress.
The best way to stay motivated is to focus on what you can control – little steps leading toward your goal that add up over time. It can be hard to envision the big picture sometimes, so break it down into smaller, achievable milestones. Celebrate each one as you reach it! It’s all about making the multiple small successes that lead to the big success.
Speaking of success, remember that it will be rarely linear. You won’t necessarily have a perfect streak – you’ll experience peaks and valleys. Perseverance is key here – don’t let one setback throw you off track.
In short, showing up and giving your training session your best effort is what matters most. No matter what, come in with the right attitude and give your absolute best. That’s the only way to reach your goal and succeed in the long-term.
Good luck and we’ll see you next session
